Not only did this remove operational risk (in case of outage or shutdowns), but they also gained operational savings in the future by building their own. That’s where we came in.

We worked with the Bold team to build software to create and publish listings that would appear on their website but also be distributed via channels like StreetEasy & the MLS. To ensure that their listings were being promoted effectively through city data, we served on the Real Estate Board of New York’s Technology Council for over two years, which allowed us to advocate for Bold’s needs and create groundbreaking solutions that aligned with city regulations.
