You need to ensure that you’re working with the best of the best: A team that doesn’t just understand the markets, but understands your individual investment portfolio and can act on your behalf. They need to be able to adapt to fluctuating market conditions, provide unique recommendations, and present them in a way that lets you make informed decisions, often in real time. When we met with the team at Quadrant and learned about how they wished to evolve their business and the way they worked with their clients, we knew we could help.
Quadrant Private Capital Solutions came to us with a clear charter in mind: Evolve their branding & improve their client experience by providing greater flexibility and transparency. Here’s what we did.
Custom Client Portal
What first struck us about the Quadrant team was their dedication to their clients. In fact, they felt it was their duty to enhance and improve the way they were working together. They wanted to create a solution that lets their clients easily see and understand how their portfolio was performing. They also wanted to be able to use this tool to provide financial projections and manipulate different scenarios in real-time, so that when they were working together for future allocations, they could collaborate to make informed decisions.
Quadrant also wanted this portal to operate as an operational dashboard, so that they could send documents needing signature, retain historical records, and over-archingly increase the efficiency with which they operated.
To accomplish these goals, we created a secure, custom website built on Ruby on Rails that had the flexibility to integrate with their legacy management platform, Tamarac. The functionality lets their financial professionals evolve from previous Excel-based calculations and projections and instead bring this data processing and manipulation into the cloud. It allows both a true dashboard solution for the clients for increased visibility into their investments and also creates employee efficiency by automating manual, repeatable & time-consuming tasks.
The outcome is a polished, streamlined, and informative proprietary solution that strengthens their partnerships and increases their value to each client.
Digital Rebrand
Quadrant’s overall intention was to elevate not just the client experience, but also their own brand. They wanted their logo, branding, design, and all of their digital assets to reflect their vision for the company, and to showcase their dedication to service. With that, we worked with them to re-envision their logo & all branding elements and ultimately redesigned the website to be an elegant, informational gateway to their solutions.
The new website allows streamlined access to the patient portal and also serves as a client acquisition channel as they continue to grow and expand their business.
